Fundamentally our approach is different to most web developers. Whilst we acknowledge that there are some very good website designers and website developers out there in the market place, the internet is full of low quality, poorly designed and poorly functioning websites that look the same as their competitors and the websites are hosted on the cheapest possible solution (often some overloaded, overseas server where backup and security is questionable).

• Over the last 10 years we have developed our own software code (built on Microsoft technologies), that we can fully customise to the nth degree to build you a website that will function exactly how you need it to. We don't use open source code which is widely shared and which is more vulnerable to security issues (often these are detailed in online communities making it easy for hackers to infiltrate your website).
• We don't outsource our work (your website) to the cheapest contractor available (often India). Instead we take pride in building your site right here in New Zealand and you can liase with the team member building your site.
• We own our own servers on which we host the websites that we build. The Servers are located in the ICONZ data centre in Auckland which is used by numerous top level businesses, universities and organisations.
• When it comes to website backups you can rest easy knowing that we have gone to great lengths to ensure your website is backed up regularly, we also have a server replacement plan in place whereby servers are replaced after 3 years. We have a contract in place with IBM (in case hardware fails), we also utilise Solid State Hard Drives (in raid configuration for maximum speed and data protection). We have a total of 4 different levels of backup to protect your website and to ensure maximum up time.
• Our custom developed content management system (cms) is powerful and easy to use. The platform delivers exceptional usability, performance and security. Website administration is a breeze; we have gone to great lengths to make it user friendly and we have eliminated a lot of manual steps (typical of a lot of other systems), such as image optimising and resizing. We are happy to provide a demonstration of the admin area and invite you to compare it with other systems you may be looking at. Full training is provided on how to use the administration functions of the website.
